ArchimedesQ Smallman1 Wurtz does a great line in heads down power prog. Virtually every set I have heard by him has been pretty cool.
Smallman1 Homegrove If you like Talabot this is for you. Have read about these two, but this is the first mix I’ve hearf from them. Excellent stuff. Listen to Willikens & Ivkovic at Before&After 2020 by Nextones on #SoundCloud https://soundcloud.app.goo.gl/F7Zc This is absolutely awful. An hour and twenty minutes in and I feel like killing myself.
Homegrove Smallman1 here’s actual Talabot with Axel Boman. A previously unreleased set. Listen to Talaboman at Kelvingrove Art Gallery, Glasgow - November 2017 by Clyde Built Radio on #SoundCloud https://soundcloud.app.goo.gl/cVu4n
Smallman1 That Penelope and Joe Miller is not bad. Hammer down wrecking ball peak time power prog it isn’t but it’s quite twinkly and pretty.
alistair Smallman1 If you are hard up, you should give Peggy’s isolation mix that I posted a listen. You actually get to see her too 😄 Decent set
elrobertos Whilst he’s far from a board favourite, I’m a big fan of Nick Warren - esp his studio mixes. This recent Transitions guest mix is him in great form. Forget your preconceptions and give the power prog a spin!
ArchimedesQ At this risk of being told its ID -ID or ‘being road tested’ - Do any of you gentlemen have the slightest idea what the track (Weapon) at 52-57 mins is? Its been a while since this mix was done so hoping for some info - TIA
Jules72 There’s lot of garbage downtempo music around at the moment (organic house - meeeh), but this guy is consistently putting out interesting mixes
alistair mono-stereo very enjoyable mix that from Nick. Anyone who thinks he is shit needs to give their head a wobble.
Echo SM001 I remember once reading somewhere that Warren had only improved over the years due, mainly, to modern-day tech - which is a fairly bad indictment of someone’s skills.
