I can imagine Ed doing something like this to be honest. Some ordnance he found at the bottom of a river and cheerfully ledging the bants as he tries to take it through one of the most secure airports in the world. I say this not as a dig to him, but as a wistful and slightly jealous onlooker to his hopelessly naive and optimistic outlook.
