I gave up trying to make bread after the first lockdown. There’s nothing more sole destroying than putting all that effort in kneading & proving the dough only to see it collapse in the oven or turn out like a brick.

They problem appears to be that you also had your foot in the oven while trying to bake the bread.

Kidney issue was behind the cholesterol and some of the extra weight.

Issue is 75% cleared but can’t quite shake it.

Extra meds mean I’m as weak as a kitten so struggling with much exercise, still a fat cunt, but determined to shift when I can.

Thanks folks.

It’s inconvenient more than life threatening. Unless it seriously deteriorates.

Can be treated medically, just depends how hard we need to go on the drugs (chemo always nails it but is a last resort).

Upshot is, highly unlikely to kill me, rapid access to vaccines and Covid protection, monthly consults with medical professionals. So quite lucky in a way.
