Dave’s having a right old reg!
You’re all forgetting that ’dave’s genre of choice is “saccharine sweet trance”.
Give them a break

An absolute CLOWNSHOE at work.
Goes by the name of ‘Smallman1’
I take it you’re not a fan of Communicate.
I think it’s aged quite nicely even if I thought it was pants at the time.
jonattonyeah I was never a huge fan of it, it’s weak as piss compared to all the NEs (including Expeditions).
Also, in the UK we got the version without Barbarella (Deep Dish Mix), which made it even shitter.
Yeah it suffered from expectations for sure and is a bit disjointed. But it’s not a terrible listen now.
Certainly not GU:13
Disc 2
Renaissance Desire Dave Seaman, what a great mix that is. Has aged very well
Always thought he was an excellent mix CD guy. Most of them are excellent. Saw him a few times and live he seemed like Prog by numbers. No flow.
Had the pleasure (or misfortune) of sitting next to shiny Dave at Mambos for dinner, when you could get a decent bit of scran there in the mid 90s. He was with some hot eastern European bird. Didn’t speak a word of the Queens. He was all over the place, obviously post/embedded in a serious bender. His attire of white clobber not helping his healthy look, considering his complexion was transluscent .
A painful site, me and the soon to be Mrs IndStd were cracking up at his attempts at small talk and larging it, when it was quite obvious all that was needed as to skip the viennetta and hit Seaman’s love shack to a background of the Bruce Hornsby BIR mix
