Not sure I would place soul classics and Motown into the easy listening bucket. That’s always been the reserve of Neil Diamond, Sinatra, Doris Day and the like imho.

Millsy Depends on what soothes your particular ears. I find most soul and motown pretty calming and wouldn’t put on neil diamond or doris day by choice ever. Maybe Sinatra, but I would classify him as big band, and I’ve got a whole other list for that
