Unbroken1 I often pay more than that these days, but because I just drink black coffee I think it’s worth it for the flavour. If you have any milk in your coffee then would never pay that much money.

RichM …switched around a year ago to just espresso/americano when I started 16/8 fasting, so yeah, can appreciate the prioritising of flavour thing, hence the decision to get a ‘proper’ machine.

Guess I need to try sample it to know if it’s worth the ££'s!

It was actually driving past these guys to work every week that persuaded me to switch. Popped in to see what they were up to, and tried their Throwback blend. Loved it. Highly recommended.

RichM the brikka is made for crema. Agreed on the grinder, takes the coffee to another level. Just not sure I have the patience to add one more step in the morning.

Old-Dutch I find it much better to order smaller quantities if you have a local supplier. Means no needing to freeze coffee or keep it for longer than a couple of weeks. Makes a huge difference to quality when brewing

Yeah, I freeze all the time mate. Like to have 2 different coffees on the go at the time so usually have about 3 kilos in the freezer.
