If it’s supermarket type instant coffee, the two i would normally buy are nescafe azera intenso or a jar of nescafe alta rica, both are definitely drinkable and more than sufficient for instant coffee.

Try Home Sense too. They sometimes do big bags of decent ground. I sometimes buy beans from them as they get in 2kg bags of South American. Can be hit and miss but i sometimes get an absolute bargain.

Rave Coffee’s Italian Job Blend is consistently up there Dubbers, well worth a punt.

Buy there smaller bags and you can try a few too for a relatively low investment, suits me as I get bored with one coffee for too long.

Can probably sort you a referral discount if you decide to take the plunge.

Must warn you that I run a Lucky Lucky Man style complaints policy though!

Dubman yeah clean it regularly … I’ve got a rocket Giotto and it’s about 6 years old… seems a bit creaky these days though

That’s a serious bit of kit. We’ve got an old delonghi machine about the same age. It also makes strange noises sometimes. It still makes good coffee though.
