Dan now used on Argos adverts.

Having said that, I’m now so bored of lockdown, I would happily pay a few hundred quid to be back in a club with Norman Jay failing to mix a bunch of overplayed club classics like Where Love Lives and Voodoo Ray, with a bunch of monged 55 year olds who still love those tracks from their eighties clubbing days.

    Unbroken1 I’ve got that on vinyl…
Swiped from my brother’s Balearic collection.

bosstrabs Rather you than me mate! I couldn’t handle another night like that.

Dubman ….tbh it was just a remake of the extended version, which was vinyl-only iirc

bosstrabs I’m so bored of lockdown I’d go and see Blocko and Peasy tag team at Hollywoods 😂

The trouble with Where Love Lives is that everyone remembers and plays the Def Mix which imo isn’t dancefloor friendly, the original Sauna Mix has a lot more drive

Insert American Psycho Huey Lewis pic

1st time I heard it was actually on this clip of Nick Warren playing it to a daylight crowd at ’07 ’Glastonbury. (Funky-hair Petra warning.)

Took Sneddon a while to jump in on the Gat Decor mention. He’s slipping.

Prefer that version,. Released in ’88. ’Hardfloor mix is just too overplayed for me. Retire it for 10 years.

When it first came out, it was fucking immense. Get why people are annoyed by it, but it is what it is. It’s an old gripper tune.

Amazing no-one’s really answered the exam question.

Who’s been muntered and sung along, probably whilst air-punching

Mad_Cyril Not me…I’ve just had the baseline going around in my head.
