Wasily it could be my favourite track of all time ! i first heard it on oaky’s creamfields 99 EM. full of melodic trancey game changers - its the best version . i think its due for a modern interpretation although please not by framewerk!!!!

                  Finished this yesterday and enjoyed. Liked the doff of the cap to Sinca’s Bedrock set with Superflu into Maori in the middle. Plenty of recent belters too like Jim RIvers and Spencer Brown. Tea-leafing that Tigerskin track at the beginning too, lovely warm up track! Good stuff @baggers44

                    ScottBailey Thanks Scott - very much appreciated. I nick everything tbh lol - sometimes I listen to tracks cold and think err not sure and then you hear them played by someone else and you can hear the quality and possibilities - odd - it’s as if someone else’s judgment is better than mine.
                    Then again for the 20 odd years I have been listening to Transitions/kiss mixes I have come to realize that the pros have to sift through thousands of tracks to mine the gems and sometimes it is easier to cherry pick from the sifted jewels than go down the mines myself. the best ones are when you randomly come across something that speaks to you from trawling Spotify playlists or the bandcamp feed. But I would have to spend about an hour a day just keeping up with that ! Also sometimes I listen to Giles Peterson and get my mind blown by the range of amazing music he alights upon - tbh sometimes I don’t listen to him because I know it would send me off down rabbit holes I have no time to disappear down.

                        Same. I’ve listened to a couple of other sets since and that Bedrock one was by far her best one (to my ears). Think she’s got music out on Anjuna so her style in general seems more geared to that label, which is not really my bag. But she definitely beefed up her sound for that Bedrock set which was cool to hear.
