Interesting. You not use it to go through your tunes on the go? Doing so on a laptop feels time consuming against family time. Have a 10 year old so was hoping would give me more flex.

Also play a lot of house so more vocal heavy. Like the idea of being able to see when vocals drop - but will experiment with waveform types and see what that offers.

Prefer Samsung phones if I’m honest but when daughter gets one will likely be that basic eye phone or the touch. Would be easier and likely safer if all on the same platform.

      I use the original Rekordbox app for that, but to be honest, when I’m out and about, I mainly listen to mixes.

              seanc80 I love it. The jog wheels are the biggest difference for me, I know it might sound wank, but they just feel better. There’s more than I need on there too, which is always nice to have in any situation. And it looks great.

              It’s a lot bigger, which I guess is an issue for some, but otherwise, why would you not spend the extra £300 for the XZ now that both are available?
