303abuser …know where you are coming from, but with decent monitors, I can def hear a difference between mixers, in the same way that I can when I switch between sources (ie. from my DAW/soundcard to my DJ mixer).
Listening loud on anything approaching a decent soundsystem, I’d argue that choice of mixer affects the sound much more than say, the difference between a 320kbps MP3 and a lossless file. I’ve A/B’ed (admittedly older) Pioneer mixers with A&H, and the difference was pretty clear.
