…imagine they’d only do that stuff if you could send it to them, although the faceplate is an integral part of the custom job (you don’t want slots above your knobs… oooh-err! etc.)
I’m sure they’d sell you the faceplate along with the rotary kit, sounds like you’ve taken the front off it before?
Look at it this way, the technical part of switching faders to knobs isn’t a huge job, you can keep the o/g faceplate, and even the old faders if you like- its effectively reversible.
Not a scooby about cost… it’ll be cheaper than a 4-Valve Radius tho! 😆
