ehitach2 yeah, I think that was my initial thoughts too. It doesn’t actually seem to do anything different?

As soon as they described the colours at the start. I just knew it would be shit
Did you miss the bit about where you can get it to ‘laser’ your hand so you can change a track or whatever it was? That was different.
But yeah, I think phones or whatever we can call them are doing it all for now perfectly well. I might bulldog clip mine to my tweed lapels, see how I get on.
…fader mixer from Union Audio?

Is a mint condition, boxed, 2nd hand xdj rx2 worth 700 quid, been offered one for that? Is there a massive difference between the rx2 and the new rx3?
It’ll be just for me fucking around on, digweed won’t be calling to play to 5000 people in my back garden or anything like that.
-si- depends how much money is an issue - the RX3 has a quite a bigger screen and looks and feels more similar to the top end stuff versus the RX2. If you’re just messing around, I’d get the second hand one as long as it’s in good nick. I sold my RX2 during lockdown for pretty much the same money I bought it for
It’s more usage and the seemingly low price rather than not wanting to pay for a new rx3. They still seem to be going for £1500 new so given the condition this is in, i thought 700 sounded like a steal.
If i like it i can always sell and upgrade to the rx3 i suppose.

Tru dat. I’d get it and see how you get one mate.

Add mix functionality is welcome but I’m not keen on the newer HPF
In the great scheme of things, not a bad price .

Always good value, though noted it says price held until Jan 24.
Cunning marketing
Anybody have traction/resistance issues with the jogs on the Pioneer XZ? I had to get mine fixed 2 months after purchasing
seanc80 fuck me, I had exactly the same thing in the same timeframe - the right jog wheel did that and was spinning a little off centre and catching. To be fair to The DJ Shop they picked it up got it sorted and posted it back really quickly with very little fuss. Was really annoying.
Its common enough apparently Grant.
