          Love my granola or muesli with Greek yogurt although I’ve had to buy the lactose free stuff now as I’m slightly lactose intolerant.

            benson Presumably the extra long cooking time is to guaranty that any trace elements of nutrients they may of accidentally left in the meal are completely nuked.
