bosstrabs Vietnamese and Thai food is way better than any variant of Chinese IMO.
Iāve not been to China, but have travelled around both Thailand and Vietnam. However I get the impression London does have some have decent Chinese restaurants which I have eaten at - Sichuan Folk, My Old Place, Four Seasons, Pleasant Lady (jian bing stall), chilli cool, yauatcha, barshu, baoziln and if you include taiwanese then Bao and Ding Tai Fung. And a few of the places in China town I canāt remember as mostly ate their drunk. I realise thatās quite a few Chinese places which suggests I do like the food!!
