You can’t put Chinese below anything other than possibly French, especially given 1) that it’s basically 8 cuisines (plus a whole load of minor ones) in one country and 2) Thai, Japanese and Korean derive so much influence and techniques from it.
Indian you could arguably put ‘above’ it, but not really Thai.
