Dan the new phone, the pro version is a grand and you can get it on interest free over two years
Along_the_Wire That’s not too shabby, mate. iPhone appears to last longer and have a better sell on value than most android phones.
Millsy LOL

They do make great hardware. Just a shame their software is a piddling pile of shite.

Have you ever kept a phone for longer than 5 years?
Once you’ve had Mac, you don’t go back.
Not my words, the words of every MacBook Pro user in the world.
Smallman1 Once you’ve had Mac, you CAN’T go back.
Wasily That’s a good an accurate point, but Ed’s point stands - it’s miles better
Along_the_Wire Yeah, many phones are now doing that, but after three years you might have to replace the battery. Phones are lasting much longer nowadays.
Old-Dutch No, but lots of people do
Along_the_Wire Our parents 👴🏻🧓🏻
Dan Nah, just look around - lots of people have crap old phones
Think the longest I’ve kept a phone is 3 years. My current Samsung S21 is getting towards that now. Might give this one another year
Old-Dutch This pixel jobby is nearly two years old and still in good nick. Perfect for picture taking and watching hardcore grot.
Dan are those 2 activities related?
I’ve been getting fleeced by Vodafone on a monthly basis for 17 years.
Living the dream!
My iPhone 12 mini is still going strong. I’ll replace the battery and hopefully get another 2 years out of it. I hate these giant phones, just get an ipad ffs. Anyone on a yearly upgrade cycle needs to have their head examined.
