Wasily Millsy Might have to take my top off early for this one given the tracklist From a purely physiological/ cardio point of view I would strongly advocate against the ‘top-off’ approach for any strenuous activity. ‘Top-on’ increases fluid loss, mimics hypovolaemia and is a better cardio workout all round.
