    Amps Correct, give yourself and the wildlife a break by not doing any gardening until the start of June. There will be a lot of stuff living and over wintering in the grass that will take to the wing by June, plus nothing likes a tidy garden except humans, so if you can leave the piles of leaves etc. all gods creatures will be a bit happier.

    Better still, leave a good chunk of the grass growing until late summer, just cut it once a year, you’ll get some boss stuff in it then.
