Smallman1 love a bit of Giant Swan
Smallman1 I’ll be plotted up in the Bricklayers Arms getting tanked that day.
Should be a quacking set.
I’m going to Beautiful Days festival near Exeter this weekend. The only credible prog playing all weekend is Hawkwind.
Loads of old school though, Shades of Rhythm, 2 bad mice etc, The Orb also doing a live thing.
Crusty nostalgia fest.
Hank_Solo saw The Orb at the Royal Albert Hall in 1998. Remember we dropped our pills down the sink when hammered in the venue, and were gutted. Then my mate realised he had some acid stashed behind his battery in his phone. So happy days. Was a great gig from what I remember.
Enjoy, should be fun
Hank_Solo Sounds like fun. The West Country folk will love a bit of crusty Orb.
Hank_Solo The Orb also doing a live thing.
Mega. Just bust out most of The Orb and UFOrb, as long as everyone’s bought decent gear, will be a strong night

Mad_Cyril Fucking love that album. They rounded things off nicely on the main stage at Homelands 2001.
Wally Good man Wal, looks strong. WIll wave on my way past back from Scotland.
HAGO
Dan Dont think I’ve ever been as banjoed as at Sheffield Arena with them and Primal Scream.
Seminal weekend, parents seriously scared when I crawled back in Sunday evening 😂
Dan The only ever time I;ve seen the Orb was at a Homelands - not sure it was that year as it was in abig tent (could have been main stage?) but was about ¾ in the morning
Remember it vividly but more for the fact that we sat down at side of tent and someone sat on an unopened bottle of poppers. Duly opened and spent next hour bursting as many blood vessels in our heads as possible - the thought of that now!! Deffo a young mans game but was much fun at the time
Mad_Cyril swastika eyes mate!
alistair Someone was wandering round dressed as the Pope!
