I enjoyed Oakieās Tranceport when it came out, but pretty sure that was an album intended to break through with US audiences (was it even marketed in the UK?). Didnāt take any chances with that mix. Wasnāt familiar with trance music so the songs were fresh and interesting for me back in 1998 - a break from House and DNB, anyway. Still like Sashaās mix of Gus Gus, āGreece 2000ā, and PVDās kickdrums. āGamemasterā, on the other hand, is idiotic.
EDIT Skimming now the mixing isnāt bad if very safe. But I donāt really mind a DJ letting the songs breath if itās obviously a Greatest Hits album.
