mono-stereo Prehaps i’m out of date but I assosiate Funky House with pure unadulterated violence and inner city deprivation, blokes glassing each other etc. All in a nice pair of slacks from Next.
Old-Dutch Sounds more like a garage night there, Mono although the two genres were often intertwined.
Unbroken1 …the Dim Kelly ep on TRYBESof was the best thing they’ve released for ages and deffo signified a bit of a left-turn for them. Would NOT categorise that or Mohrr as ‘funky house’ however.
