Am seeing him on Saturday at Printworks.

Hold tight for feedback!

Ed will always be associated with GU London for me. The tracklist revelations of two weeks past are still suck in my head.

Ed, why do I never see you wax philosophic about any of the Dixon mixed comps? Hannu has mentioned that at least one is quite good, in his opinion.

His Body Language is a classic, Temporary Secretary is very good, Live at Robert Johnson ends when it finally gets going.

They’re all hit and miss chief.

This is the best Dixon (and Ame) mix you’ll find online -

      You’re welcome.

There’s a Carl Craig Renaissance Masterpiece compilation I bought without even thinking twice, because I was a huge fan of his At Les remix at the time and because the Andrew Weatherall mix on the same series was gold. The moment I hit play on Disc 1 I realized it was a massive mistake. It was the kind of techno where you put a couple of rocks in a tin can and then hand it to toddler to play with. Proper ear bleed noise. The most random shit. I would hesitate to label it music even.

I still have the disc 2 and 3 mixes and all the singles in my download list on Beatport because I haven’t touched them since. Goes without saying, I immediately associated this compilation with Zackster.

rhouses Ministry put out the Masterpiece by Carl Craig. Total pipe if I remember rightly. At least Weatherall & FK read the script correctly.

Dan ahh yes, my bad! It was ministry of sound. No wonder google wasn’t working for me. Still can’t get enough of all the mixes on the Weatherall one. I should check out the Francois mix if I can find it.
