Indoor football with the dog, golf on the phone, arguing with the wife.
They are my main sports these days.
Should probably think about a proper one. Used to love a bit of golf and tennis. Just not played them in years

I would be playing five a side footy every week if it wasn’t for covid and working from home nuking it so just running.
Golf & Tennis
Loved playing football but after ACL replacement it’s not advisable.
Football and MTB help out coaching kids rugby , welcome to been middle aged
mountain biking and badminton. play league badminton. also run a kids U11 football team
Playing team sport is becoming mildly depressing as my old limbs sieze up and younger, fitter players have that extra burst of speed to get past me. I do more coaching than playing nowadays. Not really a sport, but I am loving calisthenics currently.
I try to play golf most weeks, but am rubbish at it.
Do a bit of cycling with the family, but not worth calling a sport.
Also have some running trainers, which are still box fresh.
Does ledging the bants count as a sport?
If yes, I do it ALL DAY EVERY DAY.
Cycling is a cunt’s trick
Ultra running mainly at the moment, no team sports unfortunately. Would love to play footy but Sunday league is fucking carnage, don’t fancy the injuries
seanc80 if you think that’s getting a fucking rise out of me, you can think again, you cunt.
