LT42 Motherfucking turkey AGAIN. My family apparently just don’t think it’s Christmas without a vast gobbling bird sat atop their festive dining table. Secretly hoping Christmas gets cancelled, and I can cook a banging glazed roast duck for me and Mrs Vin at home.

Worth a go - particularly if (as sounds….) you’re all pitching in with the cooking, as the kitchen will doubtless be a clusterfuck around the time you’d wanna make gravy. Be warned - it’s very tasty, but is NOT the same flavour profile you’d get making a fresh gravy using the roasting meat juices on the day. Make sure you grab whatever cooking juices there are from whatever meat you’re cooking to give it a bit more of a flavour boost.
