hugopal And he obviously got some great concessions as a result. Didn’t Putin have a ridiculously high approval rating in Russia before? Yet now he’s done what he’s done the people are not happy. Odd that people can change their minds.

With Abramovich being Putin’s confidant and no doubt being privy to more than perhaps he should know, he probably has no move available other than do as he has done so far with selling up and supporting the war victims.
