whatever it took me 3 months to get fat adapted and at least 6 months to become really efficient at using fat for energy. that was with less than 30 grams of carbs/day with no exceptions.

          Saw Kermode again last night on the 1836 from Waterloo. I had a couple of train beers and a beef and onion sub from M&S Food. Not sure what he had but can assume some form of can.

          Amps ha i don’t think there’s enough T in the world for that.
