What started out as a work necessity in property lettings faded a few years ago, but learning how to take videos of my DJ sets has unexpectedly helped me to head back into property marketing here, and also get some lenses.

I found out that Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop are on a cheap subscription of about a £10 a month now instead of hundreds up front, so I’ve started learning a little about post editing, this has really bolstered my interest in photography.

The video camera I upgraded to is a decent photography camera itself (Canon M50).

I wondered if anyone in here is (or has been) interested in it as well.

This is some of what I’ve been snapping:

I’m into my landscape photography. Got some nice snaps from my Trek’s around the Himalayas plus my travels around India.

Dutchy does photos but they’re all on a HD under his shed.

Just shot these after last night’s event. The sunrise was amazing. Need sleep so badly.

Photo I took of my littles one in Slovenia last summer… think I’ll get it blown up and framed - a lucky catch… personally just use an iPhone - not even sure you need more than that

Then hung up in the hunting lodge next to the stag’s head?

      That’s a bit dark Jules.

I am absolutely not a photographer, but I do like this one I took at traffic lights through the car’s windshield in late December. Really lucked out on that one.

I took a load of long exposure (ooer) shots in London a while back at night, including the obligatory Westminster Bridge with the light streaking to Big Ben shot and they came out really well. Now framed in my under stairs WC to many positive comments from friends and family whilst they drop the kids off at the pool or have a crafty wank (Nana). I do fancy a few long exposure shots of Bournemouth and the sea.

Point and shoot leaving the office last week on a smartphone.

Dan people who love concrete will get a stiffy from that one.

        Plenty of that at Dungeness.

        Any minute now…

Biggest crispy duck I’ve ever seen that.

Lol, me and Big Vlad, back when he was a ledge!

Jules72 interesting. I love the concentration / suggested intent.

There are a wide range on the camera roll (easily 30+ of the 200 will be of him) but I’m not posting those yet as they are for the event to post.

I will be sending some of the best ones to John when the promoter allows the release.

Had a little blast on a new Street Photography lens earlier, around Newcastle’s Quayside.

        Canon M50 with Canon EF-M 22mm F2.0 lens.

On the way home I decided to see how sharp I could get an image on a tripod.

I think I can do better but this was my best so far.
