Lived in some cowtown called Pitney in Somerset but I was too young to remember that. Then spent quite a few years in Troutbeck/Windermere where my ’rents still have the house. A year plus or so in East Dulwich before moving permanently to the Bay around 10 years old. My pops started a business here so I was to and from a lot. Thought I’d stay here for a few years and go back for university. Never happened. While this area is far from perfect and has many issues, it’s hard to leave.

I was only asking you where you grew up, but it seems you’ve given me your biography anyway.

No, but I was a bit curious when you mentioned Yeovil because my parents have a cottage in the West Dorset AONB a bit south of there, so I’m fairly familiar with the region. I don’t know the northern, Somerset side of Yeovil as much though.

Yeah I don’t know it at all. It appears Pitney is about halfway between Yeovil and Glastonbury. I’m guessing it’s quite different than San Francisco.
