  • Pilton...I mean Glasto' Festival

seanc80 It can be a colossal effort however if the sun is shining it is well well worth it, once you’re in and set up its just a 5 day long party with 200 000 other like minded folk

Sean’s style of footwear wouldn’t even raise an eyebrow at Glastonbury.

Anything goes there.

Cunts constantly coming up to me, telling me im so stylish. And sexy.

Euggggh….Head would be melted.

The clobber I’m taking to Glastonbury this year, on account of it being a wash out, is nothing short of horrific.

SO NO CHANGE THERE THEN!

I went to that one year as I have family who live in Glastonbury. Suade played live. I’ve never been into their music but they were brilliant

Last time I went to Glastonbury was 97. It was the year after the dance tent go sprayed with liquid shit.

I don’t really like the way festivals have become so middle class and white, a right of passage for posh cunts. I also hate the term “Glasto”.

I will go back when it becomes unfashionable again.

Dubman nice one Dub! Used to be a best kept secret, but alas the cat was let out of the bag. Glastonbury is my old stomping ground, so might well know your family 😅

Because back when Glastonbury was founded in the 70s it would have been a lot more multi-cultural?!

hugopal Back in 97 it was a smorgasbord, white kids, black dealers, Asian taxi drivers, you name it. Fond memories of the crowd going wild as Archbishop Desmond Tutu made a completly unexpected appearance on the Pyramid Stage that evening. Of course, it actually turned out to be the lead singer of Skunk Anansie, but that didn’t dampen the vibe, It is great moment for multi-cultural Britain.

Coachella completely jumped the shark years ago. They actually had to ban Indian headdresses because the stupid frat boy cunts couldn’t help but rub more salt in that wound. Camera phones killed the hedonism. Pictures for the ‘gram killed the spontaneity. It was an excellent festival for a bit there. Far too hot for a crowd of 30K. Now it’s 100K and a Swedish House Mafia reunion is considered a thing. Yeah, yeah, yelling at clouds here. Just feel for the younguns who don’t go tops off ‘cause of what it would mean for their “social.” Sad any sense of anonymity and privacy has gone completely out the window.

Reeling off some stereotypes there aren’t you? 😉

A lol at Coachella even being mentioned in the same breath at Glastonbury.
