Coachella is the same for lower-billed acts. Organizers see it as the best sort of promotion if you get booked there. Not sure about the super-headliners. I would guess they get a fairly high rate. Not sure why Coachella bothers given the place will sell out regardless of who the headliner is. Guess it’s a prestige thing.

Lol, America really doesn’t know how to do festivals.

Movement aside that is of course.

Coachella because it’s closer and the surrounding area is beautiful. But it is bonkers hot. Like obscene. Gotta be 130/55 in those dance tents midday. They used to have excellent lineups for the music we like. Haven’t been in years but saw S&D, Daft Punk, Chems multiple times, Richie Hawtin, Breakbeat Era & Reprazent, Depeche Mode, Michael Mayer, countless others.

Seeing Air live with the sun setting over the mountains is great memory.

Speaking as a Metallica-fan Lollapalooza was probably over by the time Metallica headlined it in 1996.

Dan profit mostly goes to charity now that the cunts at Livenation have fucked off out it. Livenation made that festival a nightmare

Would like to go to Coachella but for the fact that its fill of c**ts, the lineups are awful and it looks absolutely horrific

Yeah I would, it looks like a colossal effort though even more so than Glasnost

Almost every single person I know that went to Glastonbury has got the rona - no-one has got it bad at all.

You must be clear now so surely so thats Win Win (apart from the whining that she cant go herself)

nicksneddon but for the fact that its fill of c**ts, the lineups are awful and it looks absolutely horrific

Good grief, you all are a miserable bunch. Nonstop complaining about seemingly everything.

And the lineups are awful because it’s not 20 years ago. We’re not the target demographic anymore.

Not me Jonatton, my disposition is always optimistic!
