From my very basic accounting training and it is basic, you can’t intentionally be seen to escalate bankruptcy to protect your estate or avoid damages.

I’ve spent time on and off in recent years trying to look past behaviour and instead try and understand why people do things like this, and aside from him being a massive cunt I do actually feel sorry for the guy if he needs to do something like this (what led him into the court room, not the bankrupcy)

I wish there was a way to contain the damage to only that person instead of affecting people so horribly like this.

One of my friends is a massive conspiracy theorist. But when you look deep into his background it’s very upsetting. He never knew his parents as he put into childrens homes and sexually abused when he very young. He did eventually get adopted into a great loving family. But by then he had lost all trust in anything to do with the government. His long standing girlfriend is also the same after her father died of cancer. He had a massive tumor and yet they failed to spot it before it was to late. So now she doesn’t trust any mainstream health systems and will only trust alternative medicine. There both so far down the rabbit hole there’s no return. It’s definitely effected our friendship as I know deep down their decent people.

He’s the 1st of his kind to be that successful using that form of media and he defo got caught up in the wave of popularity and was obviously looking for ways to maximise profit. Whether he was ill advised or not to go down that route with Sandyhook I don’t know but he defo had the power to choose. He had issues with prescription drugs in the past also, not an excuse but maybe he was fueled by a brain not functioning at optimal capacity during some of those bad decisions. I watched both of his Rogan podcasts and he was fucking hilarious to be fair to him. He was defo pepped-up on goofballs during the 2nd installment.
