I had to liaise with his office last year on an issue I was overseeing related to the £400 energy grant that we all got. I got a 2 page letter back, signed by him (although he obviously didnt write it), that was an absolute masterpiece of deflection and subterfuge. Two pages that said absolutely nothing concrete, didnt answer my question or provide any useful info for me. It ended with a promise to update me when ‘more information is released by the Government’ but I never heard from them again and eventually got what I needed by sheer chance via another source.
