Dubman Haven’t heard hardly a single word from the Lib Dems & when I do Ed Davey doesn’t Inspire confidence
They’ve done a good job of nicking seats off the Tories in the South /South-West/West in mid-terms eg ‘Tiverton and Honiton’, ‘Chesham and Amersham’ and ‘North Shropshire’.
There are some well off places in the traditional “blue wall” fed up with the Tories but unlikely to ever return Labour, but might switch to Lib Dem. Continuing a non-compete in such seats, with Lib Dems returning the favour in the north, would be sensible for both parties.
