No, Amps, the progress is actually measureable. I think you’re confusing how airline manufacturers operate with how big oil companies operate, they’re not the same thing. They operate at the demand of the airlines who are ordering more climate friendly and efficient aircraft, on top of countless programs that run onboard the aircraft itself and at airports that have significantly lowered the carbon footprint of the industry, from recycling food waste to using sustainable materials, biofuels, single engine taxiing as standard. Etihad are already deeply involved in a program that involves recycling municipal waste into jet fuel. I think maybe you’re a bit naive yourself, pal, but your hearts in the right place. I did say in my original post that it could be better, largely the damage is already done, but to say its 100% black & white, no compromise evil, is just nonsense.
