Smallman1 hair of the dog. Though that is a precision job, you need to be very careful.
Also Powerade > Gatorade. Always blue.
We’ve been here before haven’t we?
Greek yogurt, banana and 2 paracetamol is a good start when you can hold something down
Have just had a banana (not a euphemism)

Smash back an alka seltzer in a pint of water when first wake up, then go back to sleep for an hour. Get up and a bacon sarnie and can of coke.
Oral Rehydration Salts are an absolute miracle hangover cure, and will beat the shit out of anything else.
Before you knock it, buy some (they are only a couple of quid for a few sachets in most countries).
bosstrabs Oral Rehydration Salts
That could save a few quid like
bosstrabs I’ve been using these for years. If it’s been a particularly heavy night, a dose before bed then one when you wake up has you right as reign in no time.
bosstrabs Purchased.
After finding out ibuprofen wasn’t doing the liver and kidneys any favours and finding out about these, this is probs the most useful post on here ever.
Started by Ed too. Wonders never cease.

Never worked for me.
Drinking a couple of pints of water before bed is about the only thing that has ever had any real results.
Fairly sure my liver is wrecked from my youth though.

Dioralyte has now disappeared from stock everywhere. Coincidence or our first genuine influencer?
Hursty smash some yoghurt and 2 paras and your on the road to recovery
Are there many gay paratroopers?
One potentially beneficial thing is to take a DAO ( diamine oxidase) enzyme tablet.
Ideally this would be before you start drinking, or at least before you go to bed, but I suspect there could be some benefit in the morning still.
They’re not particularly cheap or easy to find though.

I’ve also seen reports that N-acetylcysteine (NAC) supplements (ideally taken along with a B-vitamin supplement of B1, B6 and B12) can also be good.
Again though ideally they’d be taken before you start drinking, or at least just before you go to bed. But again maybe there could still be some minor benefit in the morning.

The above article also mentions Dihydromyricetin (DHM) as another possibility. But I’ve not tried it. There does seem to be literature supporting it though and claiming it can help the morning after:

2 ibuprofen - the breakfast of champions.
Wally 2 ibuprofen - the breakfast of champions.
Apparently very bad for the liver and kidneys if you still have alcohol in your system.

Have dodgy kidneys, banned from taking ibuprofen, so they’re not ideal
Gallons of water and rapid paracetamol. If that fails by lunch it’s hair of the dog.
Always hair of the dog - but as H points out, you’ve gotta be ultra careful. Not enough = woefully inadequate. Too much = day 2 hangover of much worse effect. Spot on = slightly hazy drunkeness that you can barely feel the next day.
Smallman1 Bloody Mary’s and avoid looking at screens.
Going for a pizza and a beer.
Somehow managed to swerve hangovers since day one. 99 times out of 100 i stick to beers and a few vodka or gins. Avoided shots. Avoid mad combinations and thankfully it works for me.
-si- Si drinking alcohol free beer all his life without realising?!
Are you being serious? Fair play if so, never heard of someone not getting a hangover when they go all in on alcohol
Mad_Cyril loads from the stories I’ve heard
Hursty Fair play.
A novel hangover cure nonetheless.
Have you any lined up for tomorrow?
