          Mad_Cyril Also lower smoke point than ideal for a stir-fry. Think it’s around 170-180C. Recommend using 1 tsp sesame oil to 1 tbsp of something like groundnut oil, which has a smoke point at 230C.

                Dont get wrong it looks relatively tasty and id say it was enjoyable. But lets keep things fucking real here. Its roast beef, kale, a ‘suggestion’ of carrot and 2 roasties.
