That’s sad
Murray Walker, didn’t realise he was 97 (therefore 77 when he retired). Good innings that, and just goes to show a massive speedballs habit need not be an impediment to a long life.

Dan Was more of a Sugar Ray Leonard fan and was delighted when he beat Hagler back in 87. That said, Hagler was a supreme fighter who went unbeaten for a long time in a period where competition was ferocious. Remember my Dad waxing lyrical about his dismantling of Minter in 1980 to take the title
Hearns and Duran were also world class at the time and they never ducked each other. Legends the lot of them
As for Murray, good commentator, shit “sport”

I can take an interest in it, but the fans are absolute wankers.
Noticed this hanging around expat bars, when the horde of F1 fans crowd into their particular corner, giving death stares to anyone who happens to be talking at the same time as their commentary is on (which, by the way, is the whole weekend including qualifying). All there in their McLaren caps or Ferrari gear, absolute idiots.
Here’s me hoping it was Deanmc.
RIP PQM according to Luke Chable’s Facebook.
What happened to him?
Thank you Dave.
