benson kudos for being able to do this, I can only go all in on a club night

Shades of the Ben Field/Peter Farquhar case all over the Ed/Grant relationship. Preying on the vulnerable is utterly deplorable imo.

Millsy who is the vulnerable one in the Ed/Grant sordid affair?

RichM it’s a symbiotic cycle of abuse. Grant takes Ed for every free ticket he can get hold of so he doesn’t have to dip into pension savings. For Ed it’s mainly sexual.

        Lol.

“Prepare yourself young Edward! I’ve got the washable Tenas on again!”

I flew to Glasgow to see them last weekend and return flights was cheaper than that. They really like shaking down the London crowd.

It was fucking brilliant. Got a flight from Bristol at 5 pm, went to a pre party at that Skyline venue. Went to the venue, Sasha and Digweed did 4 hours, went around some strangers house for an afters, flew out of Glasgow at 9 am, all for under £100. I did the same at Easter but went to Belfast. If I hadn’t got tickets for London, I would have done Dublin the week before.

The crowd and the music were great. The stuff Sasha and Digweed play in their sets does nothing for me when I hear it at home, but sounds brilliant in a club. I bought tickets for village underground by mistake, so am doing both of the London gigs, but would rather have just done the church event. The problem with those mega long events is you end up with too many drug casualties wandering around looking miserable all night.

I’m going back for Danny Howells in January, tickets, flights and a night in the Skyline Radisson under £150

Dry-Tinder I liked the stuff they were playing at the Amsterdam gig. That looked excellent.

mono-stereo They have certainly rejuvenated me. It’s not like the 90s but I am definitely more excited about seeing them in a long time.

Dan I liked the stuff they were playing at the Amsterdam gig. That looked excellent.

Best set I’ve heard this year.
