Homegrove you never acknowledge the 1400 that were mutilated and burned or the 242 hostages including elderly, disabled and toddlers. You can’t have a ceasefire with a terrorist organisation that has not shown any remorse, released the hostages and ultimately wants to wipe you off the face of the earth.

Earlier in this thread I did acknowledge that Hamas actions on October 7th were horrible. Last time you made the same argument.
alistair It’s not a different argument at all. I think it’s a given that the vast majority of people condemn Hamas for their part in this disaster and by not mentioning doesn’t mean you support Hamas or have sympathy for their cause - that’s an absurd position to take.

alistair The fundamental difference here is Palestine has a population that is 50% under 18, and the death toll has been consistently 50% under 18. And you can put your October 7th Hamas terrorism blinders on all you want, but there is no forgiving the death of nearly 5000 children over the last month. This is nothing short of state sponsored terrorism by oppressors who have been wheeling and dealing land grabs for over half a century.
