Why wasn’t this picked up on the original building survey?

I didn’t get the roof surveyed, would have cost an additional £800.

                Sadly (?) for me, I’m back in the dating saddle…. and I came across this rather delightful princess… if any of you have listened to Adam Buxton’s ramble book where he reads out the email from a daughter of his friends demanding a present (which always has me in stitches), this needs to be read in the same demanding voice….
