Dry-Tinder benson I saw him there a few times in 2002. He had Release Yourself residency there playing 10 hour sets. I quite liked them. His 2002 Essential Mix is probably one of my most played over the years. Saw him a few years later and he was wank. I was actually going to see him in Manchester after the Balearic Garden to pass the time before my 5 am train home.I ended up booking an apartment and partying with some other people instead.
ScottBailey I hear he’s got a track out called ‘Another Chance’ that’s supposed to be tearing up the dancefloors…
RichM I don’t know how people remember the year they saw certain DJs, especially when it’s 20+ years ago. Well played lads, my memory isn’t as good as yours
Dry-Tinder RichM Probably because they can recall what tracks were being played, who they were with, a girlfriend that they had at the time, where they were working at the time, or maybe they are just on the spectrum and can remember random shit.😂
benson RichM I know I was living in London. Abd was still a student. So I guessed 1 of the 3 years that was.
Christian Ended up breaking my wrist on Saturday so never made it to my one night out a year. All my mates said it was ace. Sasha also played his new remix of the collab with super flu
hugopal Christian the collab with super flu At first I thought this must have been a typo, but just looked it up - that is right up there with the worst artist names I’ve ever heard.
Christian They have been round a while and make some good tunes on monaberry. The Sasha remix of the collab is a lot better than the original
NasserAlazzawi ScottBailey I have finally activated DVS on my system - do not encourage me to backspin!
ScottBailey alistair remember Pete Tong playing Double 99 - Freakazoid live from Cream on BBC1 of all places. That June Sarpong was co-presenting with Pete - absolutely dreadful! Funnily enough AVH was on it too… Proper cringe!
gcw alistair Harry Romero dropped this in Pacha,Ibiza in around 2005 or so. The place went absolutely bananas, one of my favourite clubbing memories
