baggers44 Fucking love that tune. Original Mix > Evolution Remix.
SM001 glorious is is not? worth a modern remix perhaps - who do you reckon would not fuck it up? I think i heard this for the first time in the middle of the night on a Sasha essential mix when i woke up to check the recording on me old tape deck. dunno ….it all seems a bit hazy now………
jonattonyeah this always mystified me. if we asked them why they simply do not put it out for years would they just not say something like “its to keep the punters coming to see us play out to hear tunes they cannot get at home ?” , but there is so much out there and its impossible to listen to everything i can’t see this as a huge problem. most people in clubs never have much of a clue as to the tunes in my experience. maybe its is just an elitist desire to hang on to the exclusive …..dunno really.
Can’t find a link to it anywhere, but Weatherall - Blood Sugar 01 (then 02, 3a, 3b, etc)
This still sounds as good as the day it was made. What a remix
jonattonyeah Agoria is always good but this is a special remix. A bit like the Edu Imberson one of Joy Wellboy

That’s ace. Patrice Bäumel is the fucking man at the moment. Head and shoulders above Dixon and the rest of his peers. Really good ear for music.
That lock down mix someone posted where he’s in a club on his todd is really fucking cool.
That’s a cracking tune Strumsy!
Smallman1 I agree, forgot about that album.
Roberto Rodriguez’s new album. Excellent stuff.
alistair One of my all time favorites! Got to see TwoManyDJs play this live (twice) right before lockdown. It was the best.
Still can’t beat the original what time is love (pure trance) 1988
mono-stereo Excellent choice!
Kells77 Cheers for those Eddie Richards mixes 😀
Mid naughties tech house is weird and deserves its own thread actually. Absolute bangers hidden behind a wall of dross.
mono-stereo Totally agree. There’s some gold there, but you do have to either know where to look or be ready to dig for it.
