Now now, stop being disingenuous - they were found to have XY chromosones, not XXY chromosones. That rules out Klienfelter and Jacobs syndromes.
Swyer syndromes is the only one of those mentioned which has XY chromosones.
However, your categorisation of it as being something which “can cause a woman to have XY [….] chromosones” is misleading.
Swyer syndrome is rather something which can cause a man to have female presenting sexual organs; genetically they are men, but they have a mutation which means that their male sexual organs fail to develop.

It seems unlikely that this boxer has Swyer syndrome either, as the boxer was also found to have elevated testosterone levels which is not usually present in Swyer syndrome.
