Hmmm, yeah, the exercise is always good for your health in general, but as far as weight loss goes, it’s only really accounting for maybe 20% of your weight loss. Diet is the other 80%. Focus on the diet over exercise and you’ll have far greater success.
Get used to the grumble of the ghrelin and you’ll be on a winner.
