Along_the_Wire Honestly, fuck knows. I used to do up to three hours a day, four times a week in the gym, and that would be about an hour of cardio and two of weights. But, I never did body building, regardless of the odd joke on here of me being a meat head, I’ve never been very big, I always did strength straining; heavy weights, low reps. I look like a ginger Hungarian power lifter.
If I had to guess… the hour of cardio would roughly do a thousand calories or just below, so, maybe fifteen hundred to two thousand each session. But that is a pure guess. I’d be proper fucked afterwards.
Toned it all down a few years back. For various reasons I haven’t even been in a gym for nearly eight months.
