But even when you look beyond that, aspects of it seem rather bogus and counter-intuitive for what it’s trying to claim. For instance, one of its key findings was that “ those who state that rules should never be broken are 20% more likely to be terminated for toxic behavior” than those who think “sometimes it is necessary to break the rules to accomplish something”; yet one would guess that most people would be more likely to associate being more prone to following rules as less supposedly “toxic” than being prepared to break them.
