He received hardly anything from his parents - only a $20k minority stake, late stage investment from his dad in to Zip2. The initial funding came from angel investors. His dad is still alive; he’s “inherited” nothing.
And I already made a generous nod to that anyway in my previous post by pointing out he’s made 20,000x his parents’ net wealth, taking the estimated $10mil net wealth of his dad (which he only received $20k of).
For someone born to the wealth of an average US household to match that, they’d have had to accumulate $15billion.
