If Utd stick to the plan, they should be ok.

They bounce back by sticking to the plan.

    Smallman1 Southgate, Allegri or Tuchel?

I’d like to see BALD given a ten year plan, really be given the full backing for THE PROJECT, but if not, Southgate or my postman would be great choices.

Neil Webb back to Old Trafford!

-si- Erik needs time with his red devils. Can see lots of green shoots. He’s only a season or two away from bringing the good times back.

Delighted to read that the old trafford godfather, jimmy ratters, took my advice on board. King erik lives on to fight another day.

        Amps Are you on glue?

Come on, amps. Seriously, you don’t think the reds are looking more solid? How many goals have we shipped in total this season, league and cup games, let me know if you need me to tell you?

-si- How many goals have we shipped

When you said ‘solid’ I didn’t immediately think of that as ‘solid at the back’. I was thinking in more general terms, and I would say, looking at the performances, some of those results paper over the cracks, and that isn’t the makings of a ‘solid’ team. I’m still not sure we’ve seen the true version of this side. Glad we haven’t played City or Arsenal yet.

Cole palmer looking a SHOE IN for player of the year so far. He is quality. Not sure how he ended up at chelsea. The reds could do worse than sign him.

-si- Not sure how he ended up at chelsea.

Suspect he wanted to live in the capital of the world and who can blame him!

                Mad_Cyril Bald is best

Has he been fucked over; have they bought players that don’t play in his style? Or is he in charge of the buying?

We seem to have appointed a good BALD in Maresca!

At club level, it’s a disasterclass of epic proportions, reflected in the squad we’ve ‘built’ over the last 10 years and attitudes we’ve cultivated by giving massive salaries and contracts to ‘retain the value’ (accounting theory that doesn’t translate to football).

That’s a lot for one man to resolve.

I’m not sure how much he’s had to step in identifying players for the old regime but their history would indicate recruitment is a chaotic process with some puzzling outcomes. Look at Antony & Casimero, both panic buys that indicate a flawed approach and are crippling us financially.

There’s no way he’s in charge of buying since Berrada et al landed. And no way he signed off on the ridiculous sums payed for the two mentioned previously.

We’re now financially on the borderline & still have elements of the bad attitudes that we haven’t yet weeded out - I don’t believe that 1st half on Sunday was bad Tactics, was just players not taking responsibility. Tactics don’t stand a chance when you keep passing to the opposition.

Maybe they don’t believe in him?

On the plus side, Bald has made a good start at weeding out a lot of the shite, and had encouraging signs in bringing in some of our Academy talent. Both causes for optimism.

Its hard to know without being on the inside, maybe he’s out of his depth. If we do decide to replace him though, the new guy better be bald.
