Smallman1 sorry I wasn’t clear. Nothing to do with PSR, but how the team and manager deal with this when you have recruited 19 forwards in 3 years. How does that develop the team in the long term with so many players coming through in a short timeframe. Does it impact team morale and building a strong bond amongst the players, how do they decide style of play with so many players coming through.
Just doesn’t make sense to me. However if Chelsea start winning the league and CL etc then clearly it will be working absolutely fine, and maybe other clubs will play catch up with this system.
Or they haven’t got a fucking clue what they are doing.
I will let others decide as clearly I don’t know anything about Chelsea
